1H Foundation is led entirely by volunteers. No board members or volunteers receive compensation for their work.
Financial support is used directly to fund trail work and stewardship projects, including tools, equipment, crew deployment, and on-the-ground needs.
We believe transparency and accountability are essential to earning and maintaining trust.
